Social Browser

New Scientist has an article on Flock, a soon to be released "social" browser.  Here is the lead paragraph of the story:

A “social” web browser has been created to meet the needs of a new generation of web users who want to edit, comment on and share web content, rather than just peruse it.

Sounds both interesting and useful.  I first saw this on another blog, but can't remember which one.
