I probably wouldn't take this seriously if I hadn't seen how in Korea, people really do use PCs like network terminals. Especially young people who are just using games/apps that are on every PC (Starcraft, Office, etc) and storing all their data on the web.... plus there is an open, networked, free PC about every 50 feet in that country.
