One of the interesting recent developments in blogging is the growth of special-interest weblogs, covering industries, political campaigns, even TV shows. (Of course, one of the appeals of blogging has been that it allows writers to leverage specialized expertise-- Intel Dump, written by a former Army officer, provides some outstanding analysis and commentary on the situation in Iraq-- or their geographical proximity to newsworthy events-- Salam Pax's blog is the great example.)
Of course, there's an RFID weblog, and it recently posted notes from a talk about RFID in China:
It is interesting how 90% of articles about Wal-Mart and RFID don't mention China, while in the stores, 90% of items are from China.
